Paralegal Gitanjali Stevens, M.T. received her Paralegal Certificate from Boston University. In addition, she holds a Bachelor’s of International Relations from the University of British Columbia and a Masters in Teaching from the University of Toronto. She has 3 years of experience in the legal and education realms. In addition to her work at Popovitch Law LLC, Ms. Stevens does pro bono paralegal work with Massachusetts Immigrant and Refugee Advocacy (MIRA) Coalition. At MIRA, she enables clients and their families who hold green cards to successfully become American citizens.
Prior to joining Popovitch Law, Gitanjali worked with students and their families to achieve their educational goals. She taught in local and international classrooms from Cambridge and Chelsea to Toronto, Canada and Seoul, Korea. In Korea she was recognized with the “Best Teacher” and “Best Class” awards. Working with students and their families to further their education helped unite Ms. Stevens teaching and legal experience and directed her to the specific field of family law. She is a passionate client advocate and focused on the intersection of law, education, and policy.
