Attorney Elisa A. Petrigliano is an experienced family law attorney, with extensive courtroom experience in the Family and District Courts. Elisa has represented clients in divorce matters, custody disputes, child support, modifications, spousal support, and 209A extension hearings. She has appeared on Contempts, Motion Hearings, Pre Trial Conferences and Evidentiary Hearings. 

Attorney Elisa Petrigliano joins the team after practicing family law for over two years at Casa Myrna, strongly advocating for survivors of domestic violence. At Casa Myrna, Elisa ran the Medical-Legal Partnership with local hospitals, and advised on the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee.

Elisa earned her Juris Doctor degree from Suffolk University Law School, graduating with distinction in her concentration, Employment & Law Labor. She was a Staff Member on the Transnational Law Review and volunteered for the Housing Discrimination Testing Program. She earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Women’s & Gender Studies from Rutgers University. 

Attorney Elisa Petrigliano became a member of the Massachusetts Bar in 2017. Elisa has also done pro bono work for MetroWest Legal Services and the Women’s Bar Foundation of MA, representing low-income clients. 

As a Family Law and Divorce Attorney, Elisa will guide client’s towards resolution of their family law matters with compassion, respect, and strong advocacy.
