Sarah Colbert is a legal clerk at Popovitch Law. She provides drafting and administrative support throughout the litigation process. Sarah has experience working with clients on family law cases through Northeast Legal Aid. She recently completed her J.D. degree and is awaiting admission to the Massachusetts Bar. While in law school, she served as a certified student-practitioner under MA Supreme Judicial Court Rule 3:03, allowing her to represent clients in need under the supervision of a licensed attorney and an order of the court. 

 

Outside of her work at Popovitch Law LLC, Ms. Colbert volunteers to review foster care cases for the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families. Prior to joining Popovitch Law, she served as a legal assistant for a consultancy specializing in unclaimed property matters and as a flight attendant. Sarah’s unique background and diverse experience provides a new perspective on cases. Her compassion, caring, and attention to detail are reflected in all cases that she works on.
